About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Stock Team Leader to join our team in Johannesburg, Northern Suburbs. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of stock management and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and control all aspects and activities within stock management
- Continuous improvement through disciplinary supervision of stock team
- Assess current stock management systems and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Lead and motivate team members to meet performance targets
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce health and safety standards
- Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Increase efficiency and turnaround time of container offloading and packing
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years experience in warehouse stock management or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Proficient in inventory control systems and processes

- Diploma: Storekeeping & Stock Control
