About the Role
Our trusted client, a leading industrial lighting authority, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily inventory stock levels, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring strict safety standards are maintained across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily inventory stock levels securely using active Sage 300 software.
- Lead and confidently schedule daily tasks for the busy warehouse floor staff.
- Oversee the safe receiving and offloading of vital industrial lighting components daily.
- Ensure highly accurate picking and fast packing of commercial lighting fixtures.
- Enforce strict safety standards daily across the active industrial warehouse facility.
Requirements
- Proven daily experience managing a busy industrial warehouse.
- Strong daily working proficiency using Sage 300 software systems.
- Clear understanding of strict daily occupational health and safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate active warehouse floor staff.
- Confident management of complex inbound logistics and daily courier dispatch schedules.
