Compilation Assistant Manager
This position is particularly suited to individuals who have completed their articles. The role further requires demonstrated leadership ability, effective client engagement, proficiency in reporting, and proven experience in project management.
Key responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for clients portfolios
- Compilation of Financial Statements
- Provisional and Income Tax Calculations
- On-the-job training for trainee accountants
- Meet monthly deadlines in a timeously manner
- Self-motivation, excellent communication with clients and colleagues, teamworking and interpersonal skills
- Detail reviews on teams work performed
- Reconciliations of input/output VAT to monthly trial balance.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Com Accounting Degree
- Management experience or relevant managerial experience
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- CaseWare or Draft Worx experience
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of IFRS or IFRS for SMEs
- Must be accurate and attention to detail
- MS Office
- VAT & Income tax knowledge
- Management of clients portfolios

Remuneration:
R22 000 R24 000 (depending on experience)
