About the Role
Time Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Co-Ordinator / Accountant to join their team in Germiston. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock in Transit Monthly Recon & Profit & Loss Journals
- Insurance Policy – keeping registers neat & updated & handling all claims
- Updating and Maintaining the company printer register
- Inspecting and allocating the telecoms and printer invoices
- Monthly Journals – Rebate Calcs & Sales Re-allocations
- Various Month End Schedules
- Back up to Offshore Accountant
- Assisting with Quarterly Stock Takes – preparation and capturing.
- Stock Adjustments in Sage X3
- Assisting the Financial Manager & Financial Director with various schedules for the Financial Year End and Annual Budgets
- Various General Ledger Recons
- Any other tasks that may be assigned to the employee as directed by the employer from time to time
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
- Tertiary Qualification: Finance Degree preferred
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills – non-negotiable
- Sage X3 experience – Advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic planning skills
- Performance driven

- Excellent problem-solving
