About the Role

Our client is seeking an entry-level Cargo Handler for their team in George, where you will be responsible for planning and managing the movement of both inbound and outbound cargo, ensuring that everything is handled and shipped in line with standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the movement of both inbound and outbound cargo
• Provide customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Handle cargo safely and efficiently
• Scan cargo accurately
• Check equipment for serviceability
• Maintain a safe and secure workplace
• Meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Valid Forklift licence
• Willing to work extended hours
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
