Job Description
- Develop and implement national marketing and brand strategy
- Lead annual and seasonal campaign planning and execution oversight
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all locations and platforms
- Manage and develop internal marketing team members
- Oversee external partners including agencies and freelancers
- Support franchisees with marketing toolkits, campaigns, and launch readiness
- Plan and deliver national campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Oversee digital marketing performance, analytics, and reporting
- Drive customer engagement through loyalty and retention strategies
- Identify PR, partnership, and brand growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and sales teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in Retail / Hospitality & Franchise or multi-location environments
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Experience managing external agencies and service providers
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of the South African consumer market
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) preferred
