About the Role
New Beginnings Recruitment is seeking a Director to lead our healthcare professional recruitment efforts across South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the national contract, which spans 13 years and multiple provinces, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the recruitment process for various healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent across South Africa
- Lead a team of recruiters and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality candidates
Requirements
- Proven experience in leadership and recruitment management
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (an asset)
- Professional certification in recruitment or human resources (an asset)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: R800 000 – R1 200 000 per annum, depending on experience
