About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Quickfin Nationwide Group, where you’ll be the face of our company navigating labor-intensive sectors to deliver salary-deduction loan solutions. As a key player in building strategic partnerships with large-scale employers, you’ll drive sustainable loan volumes and secure new employer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, secure and maintain new employer partnerships for payroll-integrated lending
- Negotiate access agreements and facilitate onboarding
- Engage with HR Managers, Payroll Officers, and Business Owners to navigate decision-makers
- Facilitate smooth payroll integrations with our internal operations team
- Drive monthly loan targets while maintaining brand integrity and compliance
Requirements
- Extensive existing network within labor-intensive industries
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Understanding of payroll & salary-deduction structures
