Job Description

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an Sales Representative to join their team in George, Western Cape. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will provide product information, support sales operations, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
Provide product knowledge and support to customers.

Requirements:

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and goal-driven mindset.
Knowledge of electrical and solar products is an advantage.
