About the Role

As a Treasury Administrator at Finselect Personnel, you will play a crucial role in managing client interactions, processing transactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process, executing trade instructions, and providing accurate rate quotes while maintaining up-to-date records and meeting regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client interactions, including documentation, queries, and overseeing the onboarding process for new clients
  • Execute trade instructions, provide accurate rate quotes, and ensure timely and accurate settlement of foreign exchange transactions
  • Ensure transactions meet regulatory standards such as SARB, Exchange Control, FICA, and manage risks
  • Update and maintain internal systems with client and transaction data for reporting purposes
  • Resolve queries regarding trades, liaise with banks, and manage daily client interactions
  • Assist with tax-related documents, gather financial information, and communicate tax matters clearly

Requirements

  • High accuracy and precision in tasks performed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to identify and resolve operational queries efficiently
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and learning specific trading platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • 1– 3 years of relevant experience is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Financial Degree or Diploma
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • SARS E-filing
  • RE5
