Job Description

About the Role

Objective Personnel is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team in Germiston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, quality management, and auditing, with a proven track record of managing teams and implementing effective quality control systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage quality control programs for food manufacturing and FMCG products
Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 standards
Develop and implement hygiene programs and environmental monitoring protocols
Lead quality assurance projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure ongoing training and development of team members to maintain high-quality standards

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience at management level within food/beverage manufacturing, FMCG, and proven experience managing quality, food safety, and SHEQ systems
Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000, HACCP, Environmental monitoring and hygiene programs
Demonstrated experience within internal and supplier audits

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Food Science, or related discipline
