Job Description

Key Responsibilities Capture and organise data in Excel spreadsheets for weekly and monthly management reports. Verify, format, and clean data to ensure accuracy. Prepare and submit timely reports to management. Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing correspondence. Maintain digital and manual filing systems and assist with document archiving. Provide general administrative support to the team as required.Requirements Grade 12 certificate (essential); Office Administration diploma/certificate (advantageous). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas); strong computer literacy required. At least 5 years administration/data capturing experience. Enjoy working with numbers and organising information. Able to meet strict weekly and monthly deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Personal Qualities Mature, professional, and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, accountability, and reliability. Team player able to work independently.
