Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a gorgeous Safari Camp as a SOUS CHEF. The ideal candidate will bring with them the necessary experience to help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous Safari Camp experience ESSENTIAL
Previous experience in a Sous Chef position
Knowledge on kitchen operations
Knowledge on health & safety
Passion for the culinary arts

PACKAGE:

Medical Aid given on a permanent contract
Provident Fund (50/50) given on a permanent contract
Meals provided
Accommodation provided
3 Weeks on, 6 days off
Public holidays worked are double paid
21 Days annual leave, sometime in the second year
