Managing housekeeping, gardens & lodge upkeep ? Admin duties: reports, salaries, stock & more ? Game drives or coordinating freelance guides ? Leading and inspiring a small, passionate team What were looking for: ? Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent ? First Aid qualified ? FGASA Level 1, DEAT registered & PDP (if guiding) ?
