We have a vacancy for a Personal Assistant in Heidelberg: Personal Assistant – Heidelberg, Gauteng Location: Heidelberg, Gauteng Industry: Administration / Executive Support Type: Permanent | Full-time Start Date: Immediate / Urgent Salary: R12,000 – R15,000/month (based on experience) Transport: Own reliable transport required Residency: Must reside in Heidelberg Role Overview We are urgently seeking a well-organized and bilingual Personal Assistant to provide executive support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Afrikaans , reside in Heidelberg, and be able to manage administrative tasks with discretion and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required Minimum Requirements Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative support role Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans – essential Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Must reside in Heidelberg, Gauteng Own reliable transport to and from work
