About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and proactive Food & Beverage Manager for a luxury hotel in Hermanus. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment and is passionate about creating exceptional guest dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service across outlets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate F&B staff to deliver exceptional service
• Monitor budgets, costs, stock levels, and ordering processes
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle guest feedback and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and strategy
Requirements
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of food, beverage, and service operations
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
Professional, proactive, and guest-focused approach
Salary & Benefits
R28,000 – R31,000 DOE Live-out / Live-in negotiable
