About the Role

The Personal Assistant will provide direct executive support to the Owner while assisting across administration, finance, and operational functions. This integrated role combines traditional PA responsibilities with financial and systems support, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full executive PA and secretarial support to the Owner
  • Manage diaries, meetings, appointments, and correspondence
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate communication across administration, finance, and operations
  • Track action items and ensure follow-through across departments
  • Assist with financial administration, including reviewing bank statements and basic reconciliations
  • Monitor invoices and support accounts tracking processes
  • Provide support to the Accounts function when required
  • Maintain organized digital and manual filing systems
  • Assist in improving administrative systems and processes
  • Use digital tools and AI platforms to enhance efficiency and organisation
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Liaise with service providers and stakeholders as required
  • Support general office management duties

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager
  • Exposure to accounting or financial administration (bank statements, reconciliations, invoice tracking)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and AI systems to improve workflow
  • Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Hillcrest / Upper Highway

Salary & Benefits

  • R20 000 – R22 000 per month (slight flexibility for highly experienced candidates)
