About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor role is a critical position within our hospitality setting, requiring a skilled and experienced individual to oversee maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge across multiple disciplines and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal assistance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance-related issues
Requirements
- Trade qualification in a technical field (Electrician, Plumber, or similar)
- Minimum 46 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector is highly advantageous
- Valid driver’s license
