About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator & Activity Coordinator for a luxury safari camp in Hoedspruit. This exciting role combines administration, guest coordination, and community project management perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic bush environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor community projects
- Manage morning activity bookings, reservations & payments
- Oversee indemnity forms, reconciliation, and facility upkeep
- Handle sales, stock, and inventory for the Curio Shop
- Coordinate daily volunteer operations and provide on-site support
- Coordinate photography/film crews & fundraising tours
- Capture media for fundraising and social purposes
- Oversee health & safety, fleet, and equipment maintenance
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, payroll, HR admin, and petty cash
Requirements
Strong administrative & organisational skills
Hospitality or conservation experience preferred
Confident in guest & stakeholder engagement
High attention to detail & excellent communication
Valid drivers licence essential
