Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations across guest suites and public areas
- Supervise and support housekeeping team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Conduct regular room checks and ensure attention to detail
- Manage laundry operations and inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities
- Coordinate with other departments (front office, maintenance, and F&B) to ensure seamless guest service
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Step into the Housekeeping Manager role when required
Requirements:
- 2–3 years` experience in a housekeeping supervisory or assistant management role, preferably in a 5-star lodge or hotel
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Hospitality qualification or housekeeping certification beneficial
