About the Role

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our luxury lodge in Hoedspruit, with a passion for exceptional guest service and strong hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming guests and ensuring a professional first impression
Managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
Handling reservations and administrative duties
Liaising with various lodge departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality, preferably within a luxury lodge or high-end hotel
