About the Role
We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our luxury lodge in Hoedspruit, offering exceptional guest service and a warm welcome to all guests. With minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality, preferably within a luxury lodge or high-end hotel, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and ensuring a professional first impression
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
- Handling reservations and administrative duties
- Liaising with various lodge departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality, preferably within a luxury lodge or high-end hotel
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging situations professionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of lodge and front office operations
- Proficiency in computer systems and property management systems
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
