About the Role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our luxury lodge in Hoedspruit, with a passion for exceptional guest service and strong hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and ensuring a professional first impression
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
- Handling reservations and administrative duties
- Liaising with various lodge departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and systems
- Upholding the lodges service standards at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality, preferably within a luxury lodge or high-end hotel
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging situations professionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of lodge and front office operations
- Proficiency in computer systems and property management systems
