About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a driven and motivated Sales / Administration Assistant to join a small, dynamic team at a well-established renewable energy solutions company in Hoedspruit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment, is highly organised, and takes initiative to support both administrative and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management, including monitoring calendars and updating trackers
- Follow up with relevant teams at the Head Office in Johannesburg
- Assist with sales-related administrative tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support business growth initiatives with flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- Communicate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and organisation in all tasks
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
