Job Description
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Manages all incoming enquiries across various platforms
- Conducts presentations, tours, and buyer consultations
- Explains pricing, amenities, and the Life Right model clearly and professionally
- Builds strong relationships with prospective residents, maintaining structured follow-up
- Hosts information sessions, open days, and launch-related events
- Guides clients through offers, agreements, and signing procedures
- Ensures contract accuracy and organised filing of all documentation
- Maintains a live sales dashboard and active pipeline tracking
- Liaises with attorneys, developers, and internal teams
- Maintains accurate CRM records and sales documentation
- Oversees communication, reporting, and administrative workflows
- Coordinates client meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Works closely with developers, contractors, and service providers prior to occupation
- Oversees snag lists, handovers, onboarding processes, and welcome pack preparation
- Assists in establishing communication channels and essential service structures
- Oversees estate service providers and ensures operational compliance
- Coordinates resident activities, community-building events, and wellness initiatives
- Supports governance structures and ensures a high level of resident satisfaction
Core Criteria:
- Grade 12 required
- Additional tertiary qualifications advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, administration, or client engagement
- Experience in property sales, hospitality, lifestyle estates, or retirement living is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong administrative accuracy and organisational discipline
- Professional, empathetic, and relationship-driven
- Skilled in event coordination
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to speak Afrikaans is essential.
