Job Summary

If you’re detail-oriented, guest-focused, and have a passion for creating seamless booking experiences, this could be your dream role. As the first point of contact for our guests, youll play a vital role in delivering the warm, professional service that this company is known for. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Matric; a relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial A minimum of 5 years experience in a central reservations roles is essential Familiarity with reservation software a must, experience on Benson an advantage Proven track record of being able to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and unexpected situations Strong customer service and communication skills. Leadership, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
