About the Role
You’ll become an integral part of the in-house design team, supporting social media and brand campaigns with high-quality visuals, engaging captions, and trend-savvy content. From carousels and reels to packaging and print collateral, you’ll touch every part of the creative process.

Key Responsibilities
- Design branded content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create graphics, carousels, and story templates from briefs.
- Edit and resize visuals while applying brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyse social media trends and performance (Meta Business Suite).
- Collaborate on campaign concepts, competitions, and storytelling ideas.
- Handle community engagement by responding to comments and DMs.
- Assist with broader marketing material and packaging design.
- Keep asset libraries and templates up to date.
Requirements
- BA / BFA / Diploma in Graphic Design or related qualification.
- 2+ years’ experience in a creative design role.
- Portfolio showcasing digital and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a bonus.
- Solid visual, layout, and typography skills.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and boosting content.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
