Humansdorp: Accountig Clerk/Finance Assistant

Your Key Responsibilities: Process daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments and receipts Assist with month-end journals, payroll-related entries, accruals and provisions Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash and balance sheet accounts Support VAT, EMP201 and other statutory submissions Maintain accurate records of assets, inventory and supplier/customer accounts Assist in debtors and creditors administration, including sending invoices, following up on payments and processing purchase orders Prepare financial reports and assist management with monthly review meetings Provide general finance support to ensure compliance and accuracy in all transactions What Were Looking For: Grade 12 / Matric (Bookkeeping/Accounting diploma advantageous) At least 2 years experience in a finance or accounting role Hands-on experience with accounting systems/packages Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic Eager to contribute and learn within a finance team
