About the Role
The Jet Park is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Sales Support Administrator to join their team. As the first point of contact for key accounts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales orders, and contributing to marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process RFQs (Quotations) daily, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
- Process Sales Orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
- Follow up on customer feedback and communicate updates or solutions proactively.
- Maintain documentation related to purchase orders and order entries.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Conduct scheduled quotation follow-ups (via email, WhatsApp, and telephone).
- Support the preparation, submission, follow-up and close out of quotations and orders.
- Answer calls and emails promptly as part of customer interaction.
Requirements
1-2 Years administration experience. Sales experience advantageous. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Telephone Etiquettes. Ability to work in a team and individually self-driven. Detail oriented and able to multitask. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
