NETWORK TECHNICIAN – ISP & VOIP Our client, an ISP and VoIP service provider, is seeking a Network Technician to join their team in the Hendrina area! Location : Pullenshope (Hendrina area), Mpumalanga Salary : R13,000 Commission : Available after 3-month probation Essential Requirements: – Matric certificate – Code 8 – 10 driver's license – Own transport to and from work – 1-2 Years of experience in the internet service provider field – On-site installation experience – WiFi experience essential – Knowledge of MicroTik/Ubiquity/VoIP/Cameras Essential Skills: – Good communication skills – Network experience and eager to learn – Understanding and troubleshooting wireless internet systems – Ability to work alone or in a team without supervision Key Responsibilities: Installation & Configuration: – Set up, install, and configure network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points) – Configure network software to ensure proper connectivity – Perform on-site installations for clients Network Support & Maintenance: – Monitor network performance to ensure uptime – Implement security measures, including firewalls – Provide technical support to clients – Troubleshoot wireless internet systems – Resolve connectivity issues Client Support: – Provide support to clients – Handle technical queries – Ensure client satisfaction
