We are looking for a highly capable, tech-savvy individual to join our busy hardware and building supply business in a senior operational role. This is NOT a traditional accounting position. We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience: Odyssey POS systems Stock control & stock adjustments GRV processing Retail operations Troubleshooting system issues reporting & operational oversight The ideal candidate must be confident working in a fast-paced retail environment and able to assist with both system management and day-to-day operational support. Minimum Requirements: – Strong Odyssey POS experience ESSENTIAL – Hardware/building supply industry experience advantageous – Strong understanding of stock control processes – Experience with GRVs and creditor reconciliations – Computer literate and technically minded – Experience with POS systems, networks, and troubleshooting – Shopify/e-commerce knowledge advantageous – Strong administrative and problem-solving skills – Able to work with staff and assist management operationally – Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a proactive "go-to" person someone who understands systems, operations, stock movement, and retail environments inside and out. This role would suit a highly organised operational thinker with strong technical ability and retail systems experience.
