Job Summary
Who are we: An integrated agency that has been at the cutting edge of the South African communications industry for over 21 years.
Who are we looking for: Account Director.
What will you do:
- Relationship building and brand ambassador for the Agency
- Business approach to leading account within the Agency
- Strategic management (overall health and performance of the account)
- Effective channel, strategies and creative implemented to achieve objectives
- Workflow process (implementation and continuous improvement)
- Operational management (timing plans, resource capacity management, managing profitability, driving operational efficiencies, financial management)
What will you need:
- 3 5 Years on the job experience
- An in-depth understanding of the key departments, processes and structure within an advertising agency
- Experience with working with senior clients across multiple stakeholders
- The ability to own a project from start to finish (strategy to roll-out)
- Must be PC literate: Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel – preferably with experience working CHASE software
Qualification Required:
- Matric certificate with college or university exemption (Marketing or Advertising qualification)
- Project management course
