About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development and pricing frameworks across the general insurance product suite.
- Conduct rate reviews and reâpricing to ensure competitive and technically sound products.
- Oversee new product assessments, ensuring commercial viability, compliance, and quality.
- Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and review team outputs for accuracy.
- Enhance tools and processes to improve monitoring of policy values and performance.
- Investigate deviations, quantify impacts, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure all actuarial and pricing projects adhere to risk, audit, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop robust pricing models.
Requirements
- Education: Actuarial degree OR bachelors degree with Mathematics/Statistics majors.
- Associate Actuary OR strong progress toward Associate-level exams.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years actuarial experience.
- Proven modelling experience.
- Exposure to general insurance products highly advantageous.
