About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house operations in Johannesburg, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the service team.

Requirements
Minimum of 13 years experience in a similar role. Proven experience in a fine-dining environment. Preferably experienced in working with the Pilot POS system. Strong leadership presence and ability to manage front-of-house operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-presented, professional, and service-driven.
