Job Summary
Position: Administrator: Learning & Development Academy
Salary: R39,000 per month
Location: Johannesburg
Employment Type: 2 Months Contract
Target Candidate: African Male (EE Position)
Our client, a leading professional body committed to excellence in the development of future leaders in finance and accounting, is seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Administrator to support their Learning & Development Academy.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative and Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day admin support for learning programmes, events, and initiatives
- Manage learner applications, records, and digital filing systems
- Handle invoicing, budgeting tasks, and ensure procurement policy compliance
- Programme Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with learners, facilitators, and internal teams for seamless delivery of programmes
- Coordinate logistics for training, assessments, and events (venues, virtual platforms, communications)
- Compile reports on learner progress and engagement
- Digital Tools & AI-Driven Process Optimisation
- Use AI-powered tools for scheduling, automation, and learner management
- Assist in rolling out digital solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, accreditation, and regulatory standards
- Support audit processes and maintain documentation for compliance
- Research & Policy Development
- Research global best practices in trainee development
- Review and recommend improvements to policies and guidelines
- General Support & Reporting
- Prepare strategic reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders
- Use data analysis to track trends and inform decision-making
- Drive Organisational Transformation
- Support the shift towards data-driven, tech-enabled learning practices
- Promote sustainability and risk awareness within daily operations
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Education, or a related field
- Additional certification in project coordination or LMS will be an advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in an administrative role, ideally in education or training
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, digital platforms, or AI-driven tools
- Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance in a learning environment
Key Competencies
- Strong administrative, planning, and coordination skills
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and workflow automation tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from data
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of professional development frameworks and HR policies is advantageous
