Theyre looking for a Senior AI Specialist to spearhead advanced AI and ML initiatives, from Generative AI and NLP to speech systems and automation. Key Responsibilities: Design, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models for customer engagement and collections. Develop and deploy chatbots, transcription, and speech-to-text solutions. Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for data-driven responses. Manage the full ML lifecycle – from data prep to deployment in production. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business-critical systems. Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Post-graduate qualification advantageous). 5 years experience in AI/ML roles, ideally in high-volume environments. Proven track record working with large language models (LLMs), chatbots, transcription systems, and RAG pipelines. Strong programming expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, and GCP) and MLOps pipelines. Familiarity with frameworks/APIs such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
