About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead to drive the development and deployment of AI solutions across our organisation. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and lead a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional squad of engineers, developers, analysts, and data scientists.
- Drive Agile delivery practices to ensure timely, high-quality deployment of AI solutions.
- Own the technical roadmap for AI production, including MLOps, LLMOps, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee architectural decisions related to model deployment, data pipelines, and cloud-native solutions.
Requirements
- Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (transcript required)
- 12 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI production environments
- Minimum 4 years of Machine Learning experience
- Proven delivery of at least 3 large AI projects into production
- Strong hands-on AI Operations and MLOps experience
- Cloud platform experience (GCP preferred, other platforms considered)
