Job Summary
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Diploma / Degree in Finance or equivalent 3+ years experience in asset management and knowledge of asset management systems Working knowledge of PFMA with accounting background Excellent MS Office skills with excellent confidentiality / compliance ability The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Develop/maintain asset registers Asset needs assessments Asset verification, reporting on variances and managing processes & mechanisms Monthly reconciliations, and prepare business plan for life cycle of assets Manage valuations for immovable assets Establish / execute performance management system Ensure assets are recorded and captured Physical asset verification and monitor / review asset allocation Improve asset risk controls Train end users Regularly report expenses and performance of the fleet to management Ensure vehicle safety
