About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Auto Parts Salesman to join our team in Johannesburg (Malvern). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable automotive parts
- Provide accurate product information (specifications, features, and benefits)
- Process sales orders and ensure correct parts selection and timely fulfilment
- Maintain inventory levels and stock control
- Handle customer queries and provide professional after-sales support
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collect payments and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Salesperson (auto parts industry a must)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
