Job Summary
Are you mechanically and technically astute with expertise in automation software? Then this role is for you.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or degree in Mechatronics , Automation Engineering , Electrical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation or a similar role. Hands-on expertise in Siemens and Beckhoff systems. Knowledge of industrial drive systems and troubleshooting hybrid mechanical and automation issues. Certifications : Millwright Key Skills: Automation Software Proficiency: Expertise in Siemens and Beckhoff platforms. Advanced troubleshooting skills in PLCs, SCADA, and motion control systems. Drive System Knowledge: Strong understanding of servo drives, VFDs, and communication protocols (PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus). Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical components and their integration with automation systems. Communication: Excellent customer service skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Fluent in English Problem-Solving: Capable of diagnosing and resolving multidisciplinary issues quickly and efficiently. Additional

Willingness to work flexible hours to support customer needs. Occasional travel to customer sites or HQ in Italy for training and support.
