About the Role
Diverse Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Engineer/Developer/Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for designing and developing data warehouses, providing software development and production support, and serving as an expert in data warehouse and reporting applications. You will work independently with general supervision and provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform software development and production support for data warehouse and reporting applications
- Provide overall expertise in the area of Data Warehouse and Reporting Applications
- Design and develop data warehouses, including data structures and fundamental design principles
- Work independently with general supervision and provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, OR Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, or a closely relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of Data Warehouse Design working experience
- Analytical & Dimensional Data Warehouse Modelling working experience
- Proficient in using Jira for time management and organizational tasks
- Understanding of Big Data Visualization Tools
- Understanding of Big Data Concepts (e.g. ETL, Data Normalisation, Performance Tuning)
- Relational Database Knowledge (SQL Server, Postgres)
- Data warehouse architecture

Salary & Benefits
- R40 000 – R 60 000 CTC per Month – salary is depending on years working experience gained relevant to this Vacancy and current Salary earned
