Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and manage marketing campaigns aligned with the overall strategy.
- Plan and execute initiatives to drive business growth and enhance client retention.
- Manage and optimise traffic across digital platforms and online presence.
- Uphold and promote the brand through consistent messaging and effective stakeholder management.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness using ROI metrics, providing insightful reports on success and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand communication and execution.
- Arrange activations and expos to further enhance brand visibility, occasionally requiring flexible work hours.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (Essential).
- Relevant marketing qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing.
- Social media and content marketing expertise.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Experience in youth marketing and community management (advantageous).
