About the Role
The Business Support Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling the sales team to meet their objectives by coordinating and taking responsibility for day-to-day activities within the Sales and Operations functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Document deals for both Mainline and Flexi-Rent portfolios accurately and complete
- Ensure all supporting documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
- Coordinate administrative tasks efficiently and within deadlines
- Execute the discounting-to-funder process accurately
- Liaise with funders to ensure smooth processing
- Track and monitor deal progress through to payout
- Ensure timely payment to suppliers and third parties
- Maintain control over cash management processes
- Verify accuracy of payment instructions and supporting documents
- Provide operational support to the Business Manager
- Engage professionally with internal stakeholders and clients
- Assist the sales team in meeting targets through seamless backend execution
Requirements
- BCom Finance Degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 3 years experience within Corporate / Commercial Asset Finance
