Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and complete administrative tasks related to sales and document deals Execute the discounting process with funders and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements Manage supplier and third-party payments (cash management) Maintain accurate records and documentation in SAP, ensuring compliance at all stages Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Support the team by managing deadlines, quality standards, and workflow Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance or related field (BCom or equivalent) 3 years experience in Corporate / Commercial Asset Finance Strong administrative, organizational, and numerical skills Experience with SAP and advanced knowledge of MS Excel Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Key Competencies: Results-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving queries Ethical behavior with a commitment to confidentiality Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
