About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Agents to join our team in Johannesburg. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working in a fast-paced call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Use strong computer literacy to navigate our CRM system and access client information
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Provide updates on the status of client inquiries and requests
Requirements
- Local citizens Certificate in Call Centre Min 1yrs experience in a call centre environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Own transportation
Qualifications
- Completed Certificate in Call Centre
- At least 1 year of experience in a call centre environment
