Hire Resolve’s Client is excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Campaign Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and evaluation. You will collaborate with various teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that align with business objectives and target audiences
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns, including digital, email, social media, and traditional marketing
- Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging campaign materials and content
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and ROI
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize campaign impact
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for future campaigns
- Stay updated on industry best practices and innovate continuously to improve campaign strategies
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management or marketing
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Creative mindset with a focus on innovative solutions
