Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Running the complete civil works department
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain construction projects
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyse data
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Monitor progress and compile reports on project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Key requirements:
- BTech/BSc Civil Engineering
- PrEng registration
- Experience in civil services
- Experience in water and sewage
- Experience in doing service reports
- Experience in municipal service designs
