Are you a seasoned client-side Construction Manager who thrives on controlling outcomes rather than executing works? This is an opportunity to represent the clients interests on major construction projects , providing leadership, governance, and oversight throughout the construction phase. The Role Reporting to the Development Manager, you will act as the clients on-site representative, managing and monitoring the main contractor and subcontractors to ensure delivery on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards . You will drive performance, manage risk, and coordinate interfaces – without taking on contractor execution responsibilities. What Youll Be Responsible For Client-side oversight of contractors, programme, cost, quality, and HSE compliance Monitoring progress, managing risks, and resolving construction-phase issues Supporting contract administration (JBCC / FIDIC / NEC) and change control Coordinating stakeholders, consultants, and authorities Overseeing testing, commissioning, and handover through to final completion What Our Client Is Looking For 710 years experience in construction management (client-side / employers agent preferred) Proven ability to manage main contractors on medium to large-scale projects Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar Professional registration (PrCM, PMP, etc.) advantageous Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and client-facing communication skills Apply now to take ownership of construction delivery from the clients side.
