Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Contract Management: Prepare, negotiate, award, and administer contracts, including contract documents, amendments, and notifications. Cost Control: Maintain project cost control systems, update projected completion costs, and manage back charges and change controls. Contractor Oversight: Verify progress certificates, resolve claims, and evaluate contractor performance to ensure compliance. Project Coordination: Attend inspections, kick-off, and progress meetings, while managing site instructions and ensuring contract compliance. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain control registers, communicate with head office cost control, and handle any additional contractual or commercial issues. Experience & Qualification: A tertiary qualification in a Commercial or Quantity Surveying Field . Minimum of 5 years experience in Contract Administration within Commercial fields like Quantity Surveying Experience with NEC, FIDIC and bespoke forms of contract Experience in an EPCM environment Experience in evaluating, negotiating and awarding of contracts. Good computer literacy skills in MS Office and Excel. Working knowledge of MS Project would be advantageous but not a requirement Take the next step in your career and be part of a team thats redefining whats possible
