Who are we looking for: A talented Corporate Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in creating compelling visual communications that elevate our client deliverables. Works directly with senior business leaders whilst developing your design expertise in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
A versatile professional responsible for transforming complex business content into engaging, purposeful visual communications that not only look exceptional, but enhance meaning and drive impact. You’ll support both internal initiatives and client-facing deliverables across multiple channels and formats.
What will you do:
Design and visual communication:
- Design high-quality slide presentations and keynote materials for teams and senior stakeholders
- Create compelling infographics that communicate complex information clearly
- Develop sophisticated data visualisations that reveal insights and tell compelling stories
- Design professional document layouts that enhance readability and impact
- Build and maintain design consistency across all company materials and client deliverables
- Support graphic and video content creation and editing for various business applications
- Coordinate and support both virtual and in-person event planning and execution
Quality and brand management:
- Conduct thorough quality control reviews to ensure all materials meet exceptional standards
- Maintain and develop company intellectual property and design assets
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all outputs
- Collaborate with teams to uplift existing materials and improve visual impact
Strategic design thinking:
- Think beyond aesthetics to consider how design enhances purpose and meaning
- Collaborate with teams to understand content objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions
- Provide design guidance and recommendations to improve communication effectiveness
- Support teams in creating high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations
- Provide operational and tactical support on internal initiatives and projects
- Contribute to business writing and communication development
What do you need:
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency – expert-level skills essential
- Strong Microsoft Word capabilities for document design and layout
- Exceptional business writing and language proficiency
- Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques
- Social media management experience and digital marketing acumen
- Organised, reliable professional with excellent communication skills
- High willingness to learn and adapt – this is particularly important
- Proven ability to be adaptive and flexible in changing environments
- Exceptional critical thinking skills with ability to solve complex visual communication challenges
- Deep understanding of design principles including typography, colour theory and composition
- Advanced knowledge of layout hierarchy and information architecture
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality excellence
- Ability to work with complex data and transform it into clear, engaging visuals
- Experience supporting teams in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to present design concepts and rationale
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across different teams
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced corporate environment
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in corporate services, consulting, or professional services environment
- Knowledge of additional design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Understanding of business communication best practices
- Experience working with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
