About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assessor to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for ensuring the highest quality of rebuilt mining components. With extensive experience in the mining equipment industry, you will play a critical role in implementing QA/QC procedures and maintaining the integrity of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of rebuilt mining components
- Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures to ensure product quality
- Provide technical expertise on drivetrain components and transmissions
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years experience as a Qualified Diesel Mechanic in the Mining | Earthmoving Equipment Industry
- Extensive Experience with CAT & Komatsu Earthmoving Mining Components
- Essential Red Seal qualification
- Relevant Education (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Formal education or certifications relevant to the role (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- Net Salary Package of between R 80 000 and R 100 000, negotiable based on experience
