An opportunity is available for a Low to Mid Volume Technician based in Mthatha. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining low to mid-volume printing devices, ensuring optimal performance and providing excellent technical service to clients.
Education and Experience:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Valid drivers licence
- Proven experience working with low to mid-volume printing equipment (Colour and Mono)
- Good understanding of IT systems and connectivity
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair low to mid-volume colour and mono printing devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and connectivity issues related to printers and associated systems.
- Provide technical support to customers and ensure minimal downtime of equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing on machines.
- Ensure all service calls and tasks are completed efficiently and within required timeframes.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional and effective service.
- Work collaboratively within the technical support team to ensure service excellence.
- Travel to client sites as required.
