We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Tax Manager with a proven track record of driving strategic tax planning, compliance, and governance within commercial environments. Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate income tax strategy, planning, and compliance within a commercial business environment
- Partner with finance leadership on tax risk, governance, and structuring decisions
- Lead or support tax audits, disputes, and stakeholder engagement with regulatory bodies
- Provide technical guidance on complex tax matters including cross-border considerations and business projects
- Drive process improvements and strengthen tax governance frameworks
Requirements
- BCom Honours or equivalent in Tax / Accounting / Finance
- Qualified CA(SA) or TA(SA) preferred
- Strong academic track record, with Cum Laude achievements highly valued
- 35 years’ commercial experience post-SAIT- or SAICA-articles
- Proven corporate tax exposure within a medium to large organisation or advisory environment
- Experience partnering with finance or business leadership teams
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications: BCom Honours in Tax / Accounting / Finance, CA(SA) or TA(SA)
